2. Definitions

• “Tilfreds” refers to our platform, website, and services operated by VitaPlus Group B.V.
• “User” refers to you, the individual using or purchasing from the Tilfreds platform.
• “Non-Prescription Products” are over-the-counter cosmetic products available for direct purchase.
• “Prescription Products” are compounded treatments available only upon valid prescription and dispensed by a licensed pharmacy.
• “Pharmacy Partner” refers to third-party EU-based pharmacies legally authorized to prepare and ship prescription medications.
• “Medical Questionnaire” refers to the digital health assessment form required to evaluate eligibility for prescription products.

3. Our Services

Tilfreds offers the following services:

• Sale of Non-Prescription Products: These include hair care solutions such as shampoos and cosmetic sprays, which are shipped directly from Tilfreds.
• Access to Prescription Treatments: Users can complete a Medical Questionnaire to determine eligibility for compounded medications. If approved, prescriptions are issued by a licensed doctor and fulfilled by an authorized pharmacy partner.

Tilfreds does not compound or ship prescription medications and is not a pharmacy.

4. Medical Questionnaire and Prescription Flow

To access Prescription Products:

1. Complete the Medical Questionnaire.
2. A licensed medical professional will review your responses.
3. If approved, a prescription will be issued.
4. The prescription is then sent to a certified EU pharmacy, which compounds the medication and we ship it to you.

Completion of the questionnaire does not guarantee a prescription.

5. Role of Tilfreds – Disclaimer

Tilfreds is not a healthcare provider or pharmacy.

We do not:

• Diagnose or treat medical conditions
• Issue prescriptions
• Prepare or ship prescription medications

We provide a platform that connects users with licensed healthcare providers and registered pharmacies. All medical and pharmaceutical responsibilities lie solely with the licensed parties involved.

6. Pricing, Payment, and Refunds

• Non-Prescription Products: You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unopened and in its original packaging.
• Prescription Products: Due to legal and safety constraints, compounded medications cannot be returned or refunded once dispensed.
• All prices are shown in EUR and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.

7. User Obligations

By using Tilfreds, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete health and personal information
• Only request treatments for yourself
