Our story

Tilfreds was founded by professionals with more than 10 years of experience in the hair loss field.

After running several hair transplant clinics and working closely with patients, doctors, and pharmacists, we saw a need for an easier and more transparent way to access proven hair loss treatments.

We started Tilfreds with products we knew worked - tested in real clinics and consistently praised by patients.

Our goal was to make these treatments more accessible, starting with the same high-quality shampoo, supplements, and topical sprays that had already earned positive feedback in our clinical setting.

Dr. Natalia Drozd is a licensed and practicing physician in Denmark with decades of experience in clinical medicine and medical research.

As Supervising Doctor at Tilfreds, she ensures that each prescription-only treatment we offer is handled with care, professionalism, and medical responsibility.

If any quiz response raises concerns about potential health risks, Dr. Drozd personally reviews the case to determine whether it’s safe and appropriate to proceed. When a treatment isn’t recommended, she ensures that the individual is informed clearly and refunded promptly.

Dr. Drozd is fully authorized by the Danish Health Authority (Sundhedsstyrelsen) and plays a key role in upholding our commitment to patient safety and transparency.
